E- RYT 500, NASM Personal Trainer Certification
Through 20+ years of movement practice in modalities including yoga, dance, and professional bodybuilding, my personal intention is to lead others into a creative and engaging safe practice.
I love learning and have received over 800 hours of training in Meditation, Hatha, Power Vinyasa, Kundalini, Restorative and Katonah Yoga with Laughing Lotus and The Studio in New York City, Light on Lotus in Los Angeles, and Sukha Yoga in Austin. Working with practitioners of all levels gives me so much joy and I feel so blessed by my work.
To me, the practice is like a love letter to the soul. It’s amazing what you can uncover and my mission is to be a light on that journey to discovery.

Welcome! I am excited you are here and taking a step forward in developing your yoga practice or perhaps trying something new. Together we can explore how the practice of yoga can act as a tool to cultivating a space of stability and well-being in your life. My curiosity for this practice began in 2007 when I attended my first yoga class to stretch my body and support my sports activities. I liked how the movement focused my busy mind and the feeling of release at the end of every practice. Over the years, my yoga became my companion in mindfulness. I learned patience through injury, emotional stability, the practice of nonattachment, and how alignment can balance my physical, mental, and energetic body. As a teacher, I offer tools and yoga practices to hold space yourself, listen to the needs of your body, and stay present throughout constant change.
I have studied under a variety of world-renowned alignment and adaptive yoga teachers for my 500+ hour yoga education. I have over 5,000 teaching hours and teach practices in yin, restorative, Thai massage, myofascial release, mediation, pranayama, vinyasa, inversions, children’s, prenatal, postnatal, acro-yoga, and yoga for athletes. My private lessons are focused on alignment for your body, breath techniques, and self-awareness. Expect to try something different, move through dynamic postures, find grounding in your body. Classes usually end with a short meditation and singing bowls.
Nicole Diambra
E-RYT 200
Nicole is originally from Knoxville, TN and has lived in Austin, TX for the past 4 years.
She received her training in 2018 from the Kunga Yoga for Service School in Blacksburg, VA and describes her teaching style as "dancy".
With a BFA in Dance, movement has always been a way to explore and express. In Nicole’s class, you will move, groove, and find new ways to access poses - knowing that the breath and being curious about the experience is always the goal.
Nicole's favorite things about teaching are seeing students grow their practice both on and off their mats. She is passionate about people learning more about how their body works and beginning to treat it as an ally in their life.
When she is not teaching yoga, you can find Nicole riding her bike, going for long walks, snuggling her pup, and eating vegan ice cream.
She hopes you will join her on the mat soon!

I am incredibly grateful that I stumbled upon yoga the year after I graduated from college. It immediately clicked as the style of fitness (both mind and body) that felt “right” for me. A perfect blend of effort and surrender, it was challenging and yet sustainable. Unlike other forms of exercise, I found that I wasn’t dreading practicing on a day-to-day basis. I discovered that in the consistency of that daily practice was the key to some profound growth and transformation, and it is for that reason that I aim to first make yoga accessible to everyone. I believe that as long as you keep showing up, miraculous things can happen. As a teacher, my training began in Chicago with an emphasis on the Baptiste style of Yoga, but I have studied and practiced numerous forms since. From Hatha to Ashtanga, Power to Yin, I have cultivated what I believe is a holistic and well-rounded approach to instruction. I currently teach public classes at Black Swan here in Austin, and am looking forward to branching out into other areas of this incredible community!

I have always enjoyed Buddhism, Stoicism, and philosophy so for me, yoga came naturally. I stumbled into a class at the YMCA in Austin about 10 years ago and immediately knew it was going to be a lifelong practice. In many ways, it has saved my life and allowed me to be more present.
I am a firm believer in the healing powers of movement. I try to bring yoga practice and intention to every form of movement or activity. Vinyasa flow, candlelight slow flow, and yin are some of my favorite types of yoga.
In my classes, I welcome students to move mindfully while challenging them to find their edge as well as their flow state. Every day is different so let the practice come naturally. Plus every body is different so self-expression is key.
