“This was one of my favorite classes I’ve taken at Black Swan. Sometimes, these classes feel less like yoga and more like a slower version of a Orange Theory class and the poses are rarely have any diversity to them (boat, chair and side plank over and over again), but Anne integrated many more! It was still a very challenging and sweaty class, but I actually felt like I was going with my breath in an actual yoga class! I’ll be attending Anne’s classes from now on when I go to Black Swan.”
